30-day posting on the WAEA website
In addition to advertisements in WIN, advertisers will also receive a free web posting on the WAEA Jobs webpage. Advertisers purchasing any category of WAEA Jobs advertising in WIN will receive the respective web posting for 30 days to commence either within 36 hours of copy submission or the publish date of the first WIN issue selected.
Advertisers interested placing a general “call for applicants” ad must purchase the “Premiere” Job Advertisement.

WAEA Jobs Terms and Conditions
For each advertisement for WAEA Jobs, the advertiser must contact jobs@waea.org to discontinue an advertisement or posting before the scheduled date of expiry. If the advertiser wishes to continue advertising in WIN or the WAEA Jobs website beyond the original timeframe agreed upon, the advertiser must notify jobs@waea.org and purchase additional placements.
By submitting your job posting to the WIN Job Listings section, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions:
- The WAEA does not track respondents to any advertisements or forward expressions of interest. Any responders to WAEA Jobs advertisements shall contact the advertiser directly at the contact information provided (email or URL).
- All contents of advertisements are subject to the World Airline Entertainment Association (WAEA) approval. WAEA reserves the right to refuse any advertiser without explanation or recourse.
- The advertiser agrees to abide by all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including equal opportunity laws.
- The advertiser will not use the system to commit a crime, libel, obscenity, indecency, intellectual property infringement, or to plan, or encourage or help others to do so.
- The advertiser retains the copyright to the ad text and grants permission for WAEA to use, copy, or modify to conform to print or online standards, in any form any job placed.
- The WIN Job Listings section is provided "as is" without warranty or condition of any kind. WAEA expressly disclaims any and all warranties whether express or implied, including, but not limited to implied warranties of non-infringement, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. WAEA accepts no responsibility or liability for any direct or indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages or losses incurred in connection with the use of this system.
- Your classified advertisement will run in the issue of WIN as indicated by this form. If you wish to cancel your WAEA Jobs advertisement before the agreed upon date, you must contact WAEA at jobs@waea.org to cancel. No refunds will be given or substitutions granted to WAEA Jobs advertisements submitted.
- All copy and files must be received by jobs@waea.org at least 3 days prior to the publish date of WIN (the 1st and 16th of each month)
