Please make your Hotel Reservations at one of the official hotels! As a member benefit, WAEA negotiates prime hotel rates and reserves room blocks to ensure that all delegates are guaranteed hotel rooms at a reasonable rate, close to the convention center. If delegates make reservations at hotels outside of the official conference block, WAEA is held liable for not filling its required room commitment and must pay “penalties” up to tens of thousand of dollars. This ultimately hurts the WAEA organization and the benefits it is able to provide members. But you can help avoid this! Your association is asking for your support. Please make hotel reservations at one of the properties listed above.
