Exhibit Hours
The WAEA Exhibition will be held in Halls D & E. The WAEA Exhibition will be open to all authorized delegates during the following hours:

Admittance to the Exhibition will be restricted to registered Conference Delegates wearing badges. Security personnel have been instructed to closely monitor admission to the Exhibition to protect the interests of participants.
The service contractor's office will be located in the Exhibit Hall, and will be open throughout the event for any exhibition inquiries.
Exhibitor Move-In
Exhibitors 36 sq. m and over will have access to the exhibit hall to begin setting up their booth at 08:00 Thursday, 13 September. Exhibitors with less than 36 sq. m will have access to the exhibit hall to begin setting up their booth at 08:00 on Saturday, 15 September. All booths must be set by 16:00 Sunday, 16 September!

The Exhibitor Service Kit contains all the forms and information you need to complete all arrangements for your exhibit space at the WAEA 28th Annual Conference & Exhibition. Please note: All Vendor Companies at the WAEA 28th Annual Conference & Exhibition must purchase at least one 2m x 3m exhibit space or register at the Non-Exhibiting Vendor Full Registration Fee.
