Deadline to pre-register is 25 August, 2008.
After 25 August, 2008 you will be required to register on-site.

Registration
All attendees - airlines and exhibitors - must complete a registration form and submit it to WAEA headquarters. Even if you are eligible to attend the educational sessions, networking events, and/or exhibit hall at no charge, you MUST complete and submit a registration form. WAEA needs to know you are coming. Discounts on registration fees for education sessions and networking events are available for exhibitors registering prior to the event...not on-site. Advance registration is strongly recommended for all attendees to avoid long lines at the event.

There is no cost to attend the Aircraft Interiors Expo Americas exhibition and conference sessions regardless of WAEA membership.

ELIGIBILITY
WAEA Annual Conference Education Sessions and Aircraft Interiors Expo Americas exhibition and conference sessions are open to all WAEA members and Aircraft Interiors Expo-Americas Exhibitors. Registration fees for non-members include membership dues for WAEA and entitle registrants to full membership benefits of the WAEA, as well as unlimited access to all WAEA Educational Sessions and Networking/Special Events held during the Conference. If your company is not a WAEA member, and you are interested in learning more about the benefits of membership in the World Airline Entertainment Association, contact the WAEA Membership Manager Rob Rader – rrader@waea.org – or visit the WAEA Web site to join. Membership applications are reviewed and approved by the WAEA Membership Committee.

WAEA membership dues and any other outstanding balances must be paid in full by 25 August, 2008 in order to qualify for the member registration rates at the Annual Conference. Members may contact the WAEA Headquarters to settle any fees owed, concerns or issues regarding current membership. Contact Rob Rader, Membership Manager – rrader@waea.org or call, +1.703.610.9021.

SUBSTITUTIONS
Substitutions are allowed and must be requested in writing. Please provide the name of the original registrant and company name, as well as the replacement name and contact information. Submit the request to WAEA Registration, rrader@waea.org, by 25 August, 2008. Any substitution requests must be made onsite after that date.

PHOTOGRAPHY WAIVER
By attending or participating in the WAEA Annual Conference & Exhibition, registrants agree that the record of their attendance and their likenesses (including photos/audio/video of themselves separately and/or in groups, as well as their company displays/booths/logos, etc.) may be used in WAEA publications and promotional materials.

COST TO ATTEND

This year, the WAEA exhibition hall is free to all airlines and exhibitors. That’s right - there is no fee for airlines and exhibitors to attend the premier marketplace for IFE products and services. PLUS your complimentary registration allows you entrance to the Aircraft Interiors Expo-Americas.

You’ll have access:

  • to the whole world of inflight entertainment and communications, AND
  • the latest in cabin interiors products, systems and services all FREE

NOTE: Everyone MUST register to attend. Education sessions and networking events require a separate registration.

It could mean savings of up to hundreds, potentially thousands, of dollars for your company. Plan to bring more company representatives to meet with vendors and airlines and take part in this one-of-a-kind opportunity.

HOTeL Reservations
Registration for the Conference does not include accommodations. Hotel reservations must be made by 8 August separately through the Long Beach Housing Bureau for WAEA. Make your hotel reservations online at www.waea.org or complete the Official Housing Form and fax or mail to the Long Beach Housing Bureau for WAEA, One World Trade Center, Suite 300, Long Beach, CA 90831-0300.
