| Christoph Beckmann, Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer,
Swiss International Air Lines
Born in Munich, Germany in 1963, Mr. Beckmann studied
industrial engineering at Darmstadt Technical University,
where he was later awarded his doctorate. His early professional
career includes technology management teaching positions as
well as consulting roles with companies including Siemens and
Hewlett Packard. From 1995-1999, Mr. Beckmann held senior
positions with the Long-Distance Travel division of Deutsche Bahn
AG, including Head of Group Development Projects and Head of
Group
Strategy. From 1999-2004, he was CEO of opus 5 interaktive
medien
gmbh. Mr. Beckmann joined Swiss International Air Lines in
September
2004 as Executive Vice President Corporate Strategy, and
since April
2005 he has served as Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer
for SWISS. |
